We pick the mix of Thrift Savings Plan funds that maximizes the expected returns while not exceeding a fixed maximum risk. The F Fund (“Lehman Aggregate Bond”) is looking even better this week — we are thus moving even more money into it, though still keeping a little bit in the G Fund (“Money Market”). [...]
